Fantastic rehab. Last year I slipped a disc in my back playing sports and they guided me through the entire rehab process - from initially stopping the pain and unfreezing my back, to safely treating the injury and training my back so that it is stronger than ever.
I can't say enough positive things about this gym. They usually run promotions so potential new members can try the gym for free. If you're thinking about it, do it!

I cannot recommend this gym more highly. Flo has been an incredible asset to my training and rehabilitation. His knowledge is really second to none and he has improved my perspective on health, training, and longevity immeasurably.
